DTF MACHINES - Direct-To-Film
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a modern textile printing technology that involves printing designs onto a special PET film, applying adhesive powder, and then heat-pressing the transfer onto fabric. It allows for vibrant, detailed, and durable prints without needing pre-treatment, making it ideal for cotton, polyester, blends, and even difficult fabrics like nylon. The key advantages of DTF include excellent color vibrancy, stretch resistance, soft feel, high wash durability, and the ability to print on almost any fabric. It’s also cost-effective for small batches and allows businesses to produce transfers in bulk for later use. However, disadvantages include regular maintenance of the printer, potential clogging due to white ink, and the need for proper ventilation during powder curing. DTF is widely used for custom apparel, sportswear, uniforms, merchandise branding, on-demand printing, and small business production, making it one of the most versatile printing methods in the industry today.
LARGE FORMAT PRINTING
Large format printing is a specialized printing method used to produce visuals that are too large for standard commercial printers. It is ideal for creating big, high-impact prints such as banners, posters, wall murals, shop signage, vehicle graphics, billboards, exhibition displays, and more.
Instead of printing on small sheets, large format printers use wide rolls of media, typically ranging from 24 inches to over 3 meters in width. These printers are designed to deliver sharp detail, vibrant colours, and durable prints that can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Key Features of Large Format Printing:
- High resolution: Produces crisp images, even at large sizes.
- Versatile media options: Vinyl, canvas, photo paper, PVC, fabric, wallpaper, and more.
- Fast output: Designed to handle large jobs efficiently.
- Durable results: Many inks (eco-solvent, UV, latex) resist fading, scratching, and weather damage.
Common Use Cases:
- Retail signage
- Banners and posters
- Vehicle wraps
- Exhibition stands
- Wallpaper and décor
- Outdoor advertising
- Floor graphics
- Stickers and labels
Large format printing plays a crucial role in marketing, branding, and visual communication — helping businesses stand out with bold, attention-grabbing graphics at any scale.
